Notice for Chinese Labour Day Holiday

As the Chinese Labour Day holiday is approaching,and as a professional industrial water chiller manufacturer in the refrigeration industry, we know that our customers rely on us to provide dependable and efficient chillers for their processes. Therefore, we would like to inform you of our upcoming schedule.

Our company will be closed from May 1st to May 5th, 2024for this Chinese holiday. We will resume regular business hours on May 6th. During this time, our customer service department will not be available to answer calls or respond to emails. However, you can still send us your inquiries or requests, our sales will get back to you as soon as possible.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We encourage our customers to plan their orders and delivery schedules accordingly to ensure timely delivery before or after the holiday period. Please note that orders placed during the holiday period will not be processed until we return to work.
