Daily Maintenance
Before starting the air-cooled chiller, the chiller must be kept at a distance of more than 1.5 meters from obstacles to ensure that the chiller can be effectively ventilated and dissipated. At the same time, the surrounding environment should be kept below 35 degrees and well ventilated. After starting the equipment, pay attention to whether the equipment is running normally and whether there is any abnormal vibration. Check whether the set temperature of the temperature controller is accurate and whether the actual operating temperature is within the normal range. Observe the readings of the pressure gauge and ammeter to ensure that the pressure and current are stable and do not exceed the specified value of the equipment. During operation, also pay attention to the working status of the compressor to see whether it can start and stop normally and whether there is any overheating. If there is any fault, please contact us in time for processing.
Cleaning Chiller Every Week
A more comprehensive cleaning chiller should be carried out once a week
01
After turning off the power of the chiller, remove the dust and stains on the surface of the equipment.
02
Open the protective net of the condenser
Use compressed air or a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust and debris on the condenser fins. Be careful not to touch the fins and affect the heat dissipation effect.
03
After cleaning
Install the protective net back to its original position. At the same time, check whether the blades of the cooling fan are damaged and whether they rotate flexibly. If there is any problem, replace or repair it in time.
Regular Maintenance
Every 1-2 months
Check the amount of refrigerant in the refrigeration system. Observe the reading of the refrigerant pressure gauge and compare it with the standard value in the equipment manual. If the pressure is too low, it may be a refrigerant leak. You need to find the leak point and repair it in time, and then add refrigerant. At the same time, check the connection parts of the copper pipe to see if there are oil stains, because oil stains may be a sign of refrigerant leakage.
Every 3-6 months
The water in the water tank evaporator needs to be replaced to ensure good water quality, and the scale in the evaporator needs to be cleaned with a water gun to ensure the evaporator refrigeration effect. If the chiller is not used for a long time, the water in the water tank or shell and tube evaporator needs to be drained to prevent the evaporator copper tube from corrosion or freezing.
Every year
The chiller needs to be fully maintained. Check the compressor, water pump, and fan of the chiller to see if there are any abnormal sounds and whether the current value is normal, whether the pipes are loose or leaking, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the electrical system to check whether the wires and cables are aging or damaged, and whether the terminals are loose. If there are any problems, replace or tighten them in time to ensure the safety and reliability of the electrical system.
Warm Reminder
After each maintenance work is completed, detailed records should be kept, including maintenance time, maintenance content, replaced parts and other information, so as to facilitate future inquiries and references, and also provide a basis for equipment fault diagnosis and repair.
The above is the maintenance process of industrial air-cooled chillers. I hope everyone can pay attention to the maintenance of chillers, so that the equipment can always maintain a good operating state and provide stable cooling guarantee for industrial production.
